Wyatt founded Full Circle Equity Partners at the beginning of 2021 when he pivoted from investing in single families, to investing in multifamily. In 2021 Full Circle Equity Partners purchased 4 multifamily investment opportunities including a 3.5M deal. We focus on strong cashflow midwest markets that are recession resistant. Full Circle Equity partners get the added benefit of in house property management with Wyatt’s team, Full Circle Property Management. We believe managing buildings effectively is one of the single greatest things we can do to maximize our investments.

Wyatt Simon

Founder & Managing Partner

From floor general on the basketball court to team leader. Wyatt brings a never give up, midwest work ethic to real estate investing. After 4 years of college basketball, Wyatt started investing in real estate in Omaha and Lincoln NE at an early age in order to build passive income. He co-founded Full Circle Real Estate, a RE acquisition company and became financially free at 27 years old. Currently, he has 170+ units, over $15M assets under management. He is also the founder of Full Circle Property Management, his in house management team which currently consists 6+ full time, rockstar team members.

Shawn French

Managing Partner & Director of Operations

Shawn brings to real estate an eye for accuracy and details and exhaustive investigative skills stemming from his background in Geospatial Technology and Geographic Information Systems. He has purchased and turned over 50 single family homes in 2 years and is now managing a portfolio of $4.5M in the Omaha and Lincoln area. He is also the co-founder of Full Circle Real Estate.

Nate Funk

Acquisitions Specialist

Nate began his real estate journey by acquiring multifamily apartments as a vehicle to create additional passive income streams and to achieve generational wealth for his family. He is a licensed Chiropractor and Partner at Curis Functional Health in Round Rock, TX, which was recently named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list and ranked 142nd fastest growing private companies in America. A 2007 graduate of Creighton University, he is most passionate about building relationships (especially with the Bluejay community!), networking, personal and business growth, his family, and of course, Bluejay basketball.”
